Description
The Dealer Performance Reports (DPR) are a better, more intuitive reporting tool that addresses limitations with existing VFACTS PMA Reports. The current PMA Reports:
- Are a by-product of mainframe reporting
- Require considerable skill to use correctly
- Have remained mostly unchanged for the last ten years
Most OEMs have created a secondary reporting system that:
- Was developed to extract more value out of VFACTS data
- Never considered the on-line VFACTS environment
- Requires monthly maintenance and updating
