VFACTS is the Australian new vehicle retail data collection service run by Polk on behalf of the Federal Chamber of Automotive Industries (FCAI).

Each month new vehicle retail information is supplied by and processed for all of Australia's major vehicle manufacturers and importers. The volumes represent more than 99% of the Australian passenger, SUV, light commercial and heavy commercial vehicle retail market, which is typically over 900,000 retails per year. Volumes by market and geography analysis are provided to the manufacturers and importers through a variety of static custom reports and flexible analysis through Cognos PowerPlay Cubes. The retail data can also be linked to our Mapping and Price & Specification services. VFACTS custom reports and PowerPlay Web-based Cubes are available to the manufacturers and importers via the VFACTS Portal. The Portal was launched in January 2002 to enable electronic dissemination of VFACTS reporting to OEMs and their dealer networks.
